Xische OS was born from frustration. We were agency owners drowning in spreadsheets, juggling tools, and losing track of what mattered. So we built something better.
In 2001, our founders were running a successful consulting firm in Dubai. They had happy clients, a growing team, and absolutely no idea if they were making money on any given project.
Like most agencies, they used spreadsheets for project tracking, a separate app for invoicing, another for time tracking, and a CRM that nobody updated. Every month-end was chaos. Every report required hours of manual work.
They tried the “all-in-one” solutions, but they were either too expensive, too complex, or built for enterprise teams with dedicated admins. Small agencies need something different.
So they built Xische OS: a simple, affordable platform that does the basics exceptionally well. No endless features. No complex setup. Just the tools you need to run your business, all in one place.
