How does per-user pricing work?

You pay for each active user in your organization. If you have 10 team members on the Starter plan, you'd pay $10 x 10 = $100/month. Add or remove users anytime, and your bill adjusts automatically.

What counts as a user?

Any team member who logs in and uses the platform counts as a user. You can invite unlimited guests or clients with view-only access without them counting toward your user limit.

Can I switch plans later?

Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. When upgrading, you'll get immediate access to new features. When downgrading, your current features remain until the end of your billing period.

What happens after my trial ends?

After your 14-day trial, you can either enter payment details to continue on your chosen plan, or downgrade to the Free plan with limited features. Your data is never deleted.
